Hello all my fellow players,

I am not sure where this post should go, so if it needs to be moved, please do so. I hope it does not get deleted.

We have a Rest in Peace section for players that no longer play. I thought it would be a great idea to have a place to tell all our friends how great they are.

I hear a lot that it is the people that make this game, well let us tell them how great they really are.

I have a short list that I would like to start this off with and I do hope that others will add to it.

Arka: I can not tell you how great you are! You have always made me feel welcome and taken the time to say hello to me with a smile. Role playing with you has been so much fun. I will always cherish the dagger that you gave me.

Einnol: We have not had the chance to see other to often, but when we have, there is no question that you could make anyone’s role play better. Thank you for helping me without even knowing it.

Indygo: What can I say about you? How much I love playing with you. Remember getting lost in the sewers with me and how we laughed? You taught me so much and were so generous with your time. I will never forget our picnic either. Thank you for making this game what it really should be.

Lolitra: My Queen. It did not take long for me to respect you as the queen you are. That is because you play so well in the game. To think you let me in your house and wanted me to be in your guild. I am honored that you even took the time to role play with me. I wish you good health.

Norrin: All I can say is Wow! What a great player you are! You sat and listened to all my stories and never once told me you were totally bored by me. That says enough in itself. Thank you for protecting me from the mean players. You make a great addition to this game.

Velh: You were such a comfort to me and let me cry on your shoulder so many times. You never told me you were to busy to talk to me even though I knew you were. Talk about role playing, you know exactly how to do it. Thank you for playing with me and making me feel welcome.

And last but not least, my friend Zwenze. Oh Zwenze, I can not tell you how grateful I am to you. Remember role playing my departure from the Way of the Hammer? As sad as I was, you made it fun. We must have stopped everyone from talking in the plaza just to listen to us. You helped me with magic and you taught me so many things about the game and made it fun. In a way you were like the father I never had. So kind and caring for little Leama you were. Thank you for being so nice to me. Keep playing because you are a great addition to this game and it would not be the same without you.

I do hope that if you have a friend that you want to thank for helping make this game a great experience; you will take this time out to write to that person and tell them. Who knows this might help from them getting on the Rest in Peace section if they know how much they are cared for. After all it is the people that make this game so great!!

I already have told you my mind in those last pms, and those words stand!
You always were special and had your unique style. Thanks for your kind and warm words.. I will be missing you.

To mention a few names, and surely I will forget some that nevertheless dont have less value to me.

Noriin: Still I can learn much from you, and each single day again I try to do so, even if you might not always notice! Not only a great rper, but also a grand person you are!
Rotbartgrim: My oldest friend in PS, you always make me smile with your simple presence and uncomplicated your easy way to go!
Maige: For having showed since ever, PS is about sharing and supporting!
Zwenze: A few times you already have helped us out in some roleplays, versatile and humoruous you improvised!
Duraza: Not much to explain here I guess - keep it up and still give us all many chances to enjoy your grand rp-style!

Of course there are many others that give PS that decent atmosphere, and actually everyone I ever rped with, and if its only the unknown noobie trying to get into it made for supporting that pleasant feeling for me!
So thanks to all of you around, keep it going, folks!

All your threads show deep, good feelings Leama, none of them have stood out of this rule, no matter if somebody ever misunderstood one.
And that is what I used to enjoy about RPing with you, not a different feeling than when reading these threads.

I would say I'll be missing you, but I won't do so.. because I still have that glint of hope that I will see you in Planeshift again.
You know how I feel towards your decision and that won't change.
Playing with you has always been fun and worth it, don't forget that we enjoyed you just as you may have enjoyed us.

Nonetheless, I must thank you honestly for your kind words. Myself, will be waiting for Mathy to come back and grow a party to find Leama.
Trust me, I'm a patient one ;)


About the ones I may as well thank for providing me with a great experience.. I'm afraid I would not have enough space, or I would need to monopolize the whole thread, for I will just mention their names, hoping to not miss many. Everybody knows what have they -greatly- contributed with:

Lolitra stands and gazes out over the plaza... her hair gently flutters in the breaze that tickles out at those going about their business.  Lifting her paw to her chest she muses. 'What of Gatuna, Agara, Zorbels, Kayruu, Rilar...' she smiles such a longing smile, then continues 'Unar, Ohorise, Shauri, Zinn, Illysia, Marqsaynt, Semutara, Donari, Irri, Miaua, Hassadria, Proteus, Proglin, Chorval, Nilrem... an oh so so so many more I could say...' (I could fill a book and I might have spelt some names wrong... oops)

I think that there are many whome I have RP'd with, who are just fantastic.. I love this place to play.  Even those with whome I have had my differences with - I thank them for their Role play too... there were (and could be more) great times.

I look forward to Playing with any who live to RP.  and I wave a sad good bye to those who are moving on, but wish them well in what they do.

I must say that I am touched by the people who responded to my post. And I must also say that I am disappointed also. As of now 128 people have looked at this and no one else has anything good to say about their friends. Come on people, this is an opportunity to tell all your friends that you appreciate them. It is important. Let’s see all of you tell your ‘buddies’ how much you care. It is alright to repeat names. This thread should be bigger then the R.I.P. thread.

In my time in planeshift I have been helped by many, and have come to know many more. here and there I have picked up things which I use in my role play to this day... or things that I use during a duel (tactics and such) I have many to thank for getting my arse where it is today...

Indygo Matteo: Man I can't thank this guy enough... He took me under his wing, showed me the ropes of dueling, but most importantly he never gave up hope on me, even when I went inactive he was always there when I got back and always treated me like a brother. He once gave me his small fire battle axes, as he no longer used them... but they were very precious to him... I lost them... somehow... and I dreaded telling him about them... he was far from happy... but he didn't let it phase him... He is by far my best friend in all of planeshift.


Cerala: Cerala was also like a brother to me in planeshift... He guided both me, and my sister through this game, and despite some bad choices I made, he always was there as a friend... I occasionaly see him to this day... when I do I can't stop myself from saying hello.. and asking how things are going.


Elvi: Elvi, me and him go waaaaay back... Although most of our time together was not always plesant (xD) we did manage to get along grand... Elvi was, and still is a great guy... I remember it like yesterday when he, drah, myself, and gonelo created the scurge of yliakum....the outlaws... I've changed alot since then, only for the better... and I owe a good bit of it to elvi for showing me my errors...


Maulus Octir: If it can be said that indygo was that older brother figure head in my time in ps... Then I'd say maulus was that little brother... We had so much fun together as thieves of yliakum... Pick pocketing, mugging looting... even fighting... we did it together... For a long time when I was inactive from the outlaws, I was in the ToY... typically with maulus, causing mischif....


Sov Hed: Sov was a great guy, another pillar in my time in PS... having led the ToY, taught me much about RPing, and his views of PS which I share many of til this day... I miss you sov.... I really do... 

Aradia: Ah yes, the very first dominatrix leader... a real fire ball among the ToY... she always had the right words to make myself and maulus shiver and stand in attention... she ruled with an iron fist... and I admired her for it... I miss you dearly aradia... Loot and luck, forevermore!!


Lyaph: Lyaph... has put up with a lot from me... in the final days of my time as a ToY, lyaph was there to watch over me, he always made sure I had what I needed... he even bought stuff for me more then once... truely a good leader... Keep it up lyaph... keep it up.


Unar: I hate you.... I hate you.... I hate you.... But how do I love you at the same time... You arrived to yliakum, and left a legend in your wake... And departed as silently as you arrived...


Gharin: Holdan's sworne nemisis... and yet practically an ally.... One of the better duelists I know... I tip my hat to you...


Proglin: If it can be said elvi put up with crap from me, then it can be said proglin took double that... My character that served under him was all about unessasary drama... yet proglin was able to tame a wild side in me that had been glowing ever since I left the outlaws after the magi war...

Zhai: You taught me alot about dueling... and have remained a friend long after holdan's demise... you and indygo are truely the best people I have ever met in planeshift...

Under the Moon: Not a spesific character but I put him here... He is kinda why I joined ps anyways, my sister is a big fan fiction reader, and stumbled across some of his work... she loved it, and decided to look more into the game... Ekaterini of the explorers is no longer in planeshift... but her younger brother is... I have Under the moon to thank for being in planeshift.

Xillix: I never had the pleasure of truely getting to know your character well, but when I was new to this game, you helped me understand that I needed to keep ooc and IC very seperate,a nd not let ooc feelings control my character's actions... I always loved every rp I had with you, they were all fun! even when it involved rethius nearly getting killed by an angry mob... I miss you man... Please someday come back? 


In my short time in planeshift [two and a half years now?] I have seen much, and many people.. I have come and gone through guilds as I saw fit... I have made rivals, enemies, and friends alike... I have developed oocly for the better, I have learned how to better role play thanks to these people.

Drah: Thanks for helping me so much and all the work you did in the shadows for the infrastructure of the guild.
Ereale: Thank you for your help in all concerns. Orgonwukh still is frustrated why the ugliest Fenki of Yliakum declined his marriage proposal
Esilet: Thanks to the only woman which is still a complete mystery for Orgonwukh.
Maudis: Where is the insane woman only Orgonwukh seems to like? I hope she is well. Thank you too.
Namach: Thanks to a loyal and always friendly comrade. Stay as you are.
Noriin and Velh: Oh yes! Good trainers for roleplay and sarcasm you are. It is always a pleasure to play with you.
