Client 0.3.019 is back up.

Sorry for the mistake, folks. The new Client would have taken longer to get up and running than Talad wished to have the server down. We all know how much you love playing, so, until the time when the switch can be done in as little time as possible, .019 will remain up and running.

Events surrounding the Eclipse will continue to run at random times as well, and the Eclipse 'darkening' may be repeated, though not in the same locations, and in other timezones. For those of you in the last Eclipse events, we ask that you OOC 'pretend' they did not happen yet, and save your After Dark RPs until the new client is released.

Well you at least stopped a Flood of "Why is the server down" Threads ;)

That was a terrible time for the Eclipse to have come in the Americas. Right about then everyone should have been asleep/eating/whatever. It was also inconvenient for me, because I live on Mars...

Also, several people were totally ignoring the Eclipse (mostly ch00bs). My character had seen a couple Marfusangs, and Ulbernaut, and a Consumer in Ojaveda, and ran rabidly for Hydlaa, which would have been kind of a stupid thing to do I realize now. As she ran, telling people to escape, they just pranced around hacking 'n slashing at little rats.

I was planning to start a really long term RP after this, but I suppose I need some more time to work on the story.  Also, it should give me time to add a little bit to my character.

just like my chemistry teacher says just smile and nod until it all makes sense. at least now you might not have to open the ps help-line  :P
