At least for the landing part it won't be possible to grab a /pos after the impact, because it will tell you: "You are dead, you cannot do that now".

Please, try to note, if it happens also another time, what kind of actions were you doing or whatever might make you suspicious or even reproduce this.

Actually, I don't really remember what was happening because I was busy eating an apple or something like that... But, if it happens again, I'll report it.
