V 3.02 and BitTorrent

I'm new to BitTorrent:
I have downloaded 100% of the new version and now it is in the process of "seeding" - just want to be sure this is actually a second step of the DL progress since the progress is pretty negligible

(got the news on the PS International DL site that new version was up and available via BT)

Yes, thanks I was looking in the BT help and saw that.
The PS updater says "If you want a full version delete the version.dat and restart the updater."
Is this my next step? If so, please help me do this.

My BT download is done, but seeding is 0%, it's been running for half an hour, does it need to seed or can i just proceed to whatever step is next?

There may just be enough people seeding? I already had 250 kb/s when there were hardly any seeders

The next step will be to install the new client. Find the .exe-file in the folder of the downloaded 3.020-version of Planeshift and follow the steps. As the updater is still not available, I think this is the only possibility. I don't have the possibility to download and install it now so please, somebody who already did it, explain whether the previous version of the game has to be deinstalled and whether we have to install the new version over the old in order to keep our logs for example and so on.

It got a bit twisted but I hope the someone still understands and explains it.
