Average Ping

What is your average ping? (Ping is the number next to the server in opening screen)

Mine hangs around 350-400, which I believe is why I am recently getting so much lag (0.5fps, it never stops)

So, tell me your ping, I just want to see if it's the reason I'm getting so annoyed.

People in Singapore may have a better time; here in Germany, PINGs around 350-500 ms are usual.

Then I have a problem. I'm in Melbourne Australia. Do you experience much lag in Germany? Because if you don't I have a very big problem.

Do a "pathping" to laanx.fragnetics.com; let's see which part of your route is slow.

Australia may have several ISPs. You may have one who doesn't use optimal routes.

P.S.: I don't fight a lot. And - the server has its hiccups, even for quick connections you may experience minutes without any reaction sometimes; they are not the fault of your connection, but of the server being busy with something probably rather unimportant.

around 400-600 here from finland but i bet many others from the same country has less ping but... there's some hickups where i live so no worries ;)
besides that high ping generaly dosn't mean much in ps, unless you hit 1000

A pretty good 100-120 from Perth, Australia

I suppose the ping is worth the time difference

Huh, this is enlightening. I'm typically between 450-550, always assumed it was just my dialup being horrid - but it seems that in the grand scheme of things it's not nearly that bad. Though occasionally it does choke up a bit... *sigh*

It seems mine here in the U.S. is around 250-350 most times. Seldom lower, sometimes higher.

I've relaised my lag problem simply vame from the fact that everytime I logged i I was in a patch of grass -.-' I never bothered trying to get out because it took so long lol.
