[ORGANIZATION] The Dark Empire's Shadow Force

The Shadow Force of the Dark Empire is comprised of several sub-guilds, just as the Shadow Force itself is one of many Forces that make up the Dark Empire.  This compartmental behavior allows for the members to highly specialize in their particular field of interest.

All Shadow Force sub-guilds are controlled by their guild commanders, who in turn report to the Shadowlord, who is in charge of the force in its entirety.

The facets of the Shadow Force consist of:

The Imperial Diplomatic Service, nicknamed the Envoys, is a guild specializing in diplomatic relations and linguistics for the Empire and the realm.  The IDS is tasked with diplomacy, mediation, and communication between the Empire and other external entities.  Their services can be employed by any individual or faction that is in good standing with the Dark Empire.

The Shadow Brigade is the martial branch of the Shadow Force, and functions as the internal security and bodyguard unit for the IDS and other Imperial dignitaries.  This unit also assists with the Imperial Guard as the situation requires.  Their services cannot be employed by any non-Imperial person or persons.

The Imperial Intelligence Agency, otherwise known as the IIA, is another facet of the Shadow Force and specializes in intelligence gathering and reconnaissance work.  The membership of this sub-guild, as well as their sources, are a closely held secret.  Their services can be employed by any individual or faction that is in good standing with the Dark Empire.

It sure ain't pretty, but it details how the Shadow Force works good enough. Rooker's probably looking for the smart, inconspicuous kind of people. That or he has no esthetic sense.

The Shadow Force isn't quite like the other Imperial Forces, and it is still being reorganised so I'm certain that Rooker will divulge more information as soon as he has it ready. That is about the public branches.

With the way some people manage to use information shared here, it's safer to refrain from sharing things they wouldn't know in-game.

The need for this thread is quite simple:

Currently the Shadow Force has one single guild Entity looking after all of its functions. This means Rooker is currently in charge of informing about and recruiting for all the guilds he has listed. As soon as we get these guilds going, you will see each of their specific promotional threads. For now you need to know that you can preform these duties and aid in the creation these efforts.

The Dark Empire has been divided into guilds for more than an year now, and those guilds have grown stable and their relations were made stronger. Anyone joining the Shadow Force will have a chance to improve it and to stick with a great team.

Three things:

First: How about creating a nice chart that shows how all the sub-guilds and forces of the DE relate to each other? I guess that's something potential recruits will want to know and it's not so easy to find out right now.

Second: I've no clue about your numbers, but making so many sub-guilds can form a serious threat to the stability of your guild/organisation. If you have too many sections, all of them will be fragile.

It doesn't matter if we're in different guilds or in no guild at all. We don't need guild tags to run to each others' aid. That's why we've been so successful at it.

About the Chart... That sounds nice. But you'd better read the information on our website to understand. The connection between Forces is really very simple, what matters is the concepts involved. And those can't be painted.
