To those interested in acquiring a Luxury Guildhouse in the City of Ojaveda:

The Mikana Trading Company has recently restored one of our buildings, and converted it for use as a guildhouse. We have spared no expense on interior décor, and have included many luxuries guildhouses are famed for. This is the best good tria can buy. The building is in a prime location. Merrinez Dholant will be standing in front of the building to be sold, if you wish to view it before time.

This will be a paper bid auction. You are required to purchase a bidder’s slip from Jayose in Hydlaa. Fill out what you wish to pay for the building, your name, your guild’s name, the leader of your guild, and finally, the purpose of your guild in less than 50 words. We are looking to have a productive partnership with the guild who purchases this guildhouse, and reserve the right to deny bids made by guilds that may not  be beneficial to our interests. At the time of the auction, all papers will be taken. No other forms of bidding are allowed. The new owner will be announced after all validity checks out. Full payment will be expected in three [real life] days of the auction, or the sale will be nullified, granting purchase rights to the next highest bidder.

[Ungarit Cheene is online now and taking early bids in Ojaveda in front of Guildhouse 10. Go to the end of the shipping district, and go up the ramp tot he right. These are blind bids, so you will not know what others have bid. Be sure to have your papers (blank books) filled out and ready.]

[edit- Bids can be retracted or changed if you wish, but but only one bidding slip per guild is allowed, and the last bid will be taken. If the bid-taker logs out and a new one takes over, you may have to submit a new bid in this case. Please give the number of the bid (2nd, 3rd) if this happens. Try to think hard on your first bid, though, as it will prevent confusion. Have fun!]

Ungarit hands the sealed bids to Jirosh, and calls it a day. Jirosh opens them and studies each carefully. He now has to decide who best fits his needs.

Jirosh hands a paper to Ungarit. Ungarit reads it over, and nods. He rushes out to see his target walking out the gates. "Miss Salona," he says, "I fear there is a problem with your bid." Salona looks crestfallen as Ungarit hands her bidding slip back to her. She looks as if she does not understand, perhaps wodering what she had done wrong. The is until she sees the large stamp across the top.

Ungarit grins at his little joke. "Acording to Jirosh... you won."

Delom walks up on her other side and  grins. "Congratulations."

"What?" Salona says, looking at the slip in disbelieve "Me..?"

Ungarit nods and says, "As soon as you transfer the funds, you own a new guildhouse."
