I\'m new here, I want to get to know some of ya people out there...  :] Sooo greetings all!

Also before i start playing, I was wondering if anyone could reply if PlaneShift is going p2p after testing, thanks :)

ello , nice to see new people around, it would also be nice if these new people actually read the site. They would have know then that PlaneShift isnt going p2p, thank you....

Hey welcome to the planeshift community. have alook around everything you would want to know is on the site and almost all the people on these boards are really nice. So you should not have any trouble getting along with anyone.

Hiya Xman, really fantasy-like name you got there. Doesn\'t anyone pay attention to the first bit of text before they enter these forums about picking a fantasy/medieval name for these boards?

they should introduce a system that an other free mmorpg has. Strict rules about names for every race. If you do not abide by those rules you get banned! 8o

PvP is also allowed there, but you must have an RP reason to do it, else you get banned. Also, it is better to talk in RP style there also otherwise people will really start to ignore you in the game pretty fast.

I\'m sure more control will come into things later on (I hope so anyway) - it has always seemed to be the intention to keep PS as authentic a fantasy world as possible.

Keldorn, I\'m not quite sure what you are talking about.  by RP do you mean Role Play or something else? And where is \"there\"? Is there the other mmorpg you were talking about?  By the way, I like your sig. And hi Murdok, Quadie, and X-meister.

Well, atleast your guesses are right. Yes, RP means Roleplaying and yes by \'there\' i ofcourse mean that other mmorpg i was talking about.

Non-fantasy names will be deleted or changed in the game eventually.  In the forums I don\'t really care.
