Stuck in the tutorial.

I made it through the tutorial twice. But, after i give the guard the items one by one and he says something about how to greet, everything becomes like in the beginning. The guard asks for three things as if I have never had them, and all the other NPCs are reset the same way. And i could do the tutorial on and on.
Can somebody help me to get out of this situation?
