Crystal Blue is the code name of the current implementation of planeshift. There have been 2 previous incarnations and hopefuly there will be more

The second "generation" (version 0.2.x) was called "Molecular blue". "Crystal Blue" is the third "generation" of this game (version 0.3.x), using the "CrystalSpace" 3D engine to provide the in-game world to you.

But I play different characters. Ylian (human-like), Dermorian (elvish), Hammerwielder (dwarf), and there is an Enkidukai too.

Ive got a silver armor but i havent uisn this objet  Im not suficien lvl???

Yes, you need some minimum "Strength" to wear metallic (chainmail / plate) armor. Leather armor is the recommended type for beginners.

Klyros (the blue winged race) can not at all wear plate armor (due to their delicate bones).

But this is a question you may have asked more experienced players in game at first.
