having troubles with game

hey everyone, im having a little problem with the game.

i downloaded the client and when i load it i can log in with my e-mail thingy then it goes to the next screen where a stone table type thing spins round and round. its been like this for 5-10 minutes now and i cant clcik anything..

any ideas?

what video card?
have you updated the graphics drivers?

ummmm terribly sorry but i dont know what any of those are 

i run winsows vista if that helps?

but thats all i know to be honest sorry

it sounds like vista isn'y handling OpenGL, (used to run the graphics part of the game) properly.  its a typical problem we get here from users using vista.

you're going to have to go to your video card's manufactuer's website and get the latest graphics drivers and install them to see if it fixes the issue.

first: brand of the computer. if it is a brand name comp, then the tech support will be able to help you on this. the "magic question" is "i want to update my video card drivers"

second: start -> settings -> control panel ->system and maintance -> device manager -> display adaptors  and that will give you the video card. then just google for that and you should find the manufacturer and get the latest drivers there.

third: ask someone you know who is good with computers. again the magic question is "i want to update my video card drivers"

First thing, if no one has replied to your last post modify it and dont double post.
Second thing that is a graphics chip and not a graphics card, so it might not play the game too well
