Nikaw Candlestick Quest

Anyone completed this?.... is it possible or unimplemented? 
Nikaw is near the Eagle Fortress on the Entrance side gorge watch tower.
Its at the bottom of the slope after the rope bridge.
and you have to jump up the ladder rungs for some reason....


Once you get to him he tells you a sob story about how he stole candleholders as
boy and was banished from the laanx temple.  Im supposed to mend the problem...
i left out some details but Menlil won't listen to a word i say other than "shadow squadron"
or just "squadron"... 

might have to give up.

Check your logs. I've done that quest just 2 days ago, and Nkaw tells you what to tell to Menlil. Besides, quests are not to be asked about on the forums, as we are not allowed to give out spoilers

Maybe you did say the right phrases to Menlil... Make sure you don't have any other open quests, which would involve Menlil at some point. If you do, finish the one you've accepted first.

Also there is this thread if you look around and spell the npc's name correctly.

Ohh... didn't realize this could cause a problem...     I still have the coin quest open.
