Well, I don't know whats going on, but:

Just installed it on a new iMac. Everything is smooth, but I just don't get this. Also, right-clicking works 5% of the time.

That'd be kinda cool if they could combine all those textures into your race's mesh...walk around with a stove on half of your body, a rat's head sticking out of your cheek, and...yeah.

Please explain. I get the principal, but what commands should I use?

Also, I forgot to mention that it changes whenever you move. You might be part you, part rat, then you turn into a furnace. It's like you're stealing bodyparts from other characters in-game. I tested it with an older character of mine, and his chestplate was on some dwarf woman and shook around in conjunction with me walking.

Any ideas? I'm gonna try reinstalling the game.

I can't remember how to run it from a terminal on a mac--mac's are weird that way.  go into your PS dir and try ./psclient/ after that just keep trying dirs and subdirs until something works...there aren't that many options to choose from.  Not sure if this will produce output that differs from your log, but it's worth a shot.

Those commands didn't work for me.

The install process is drag-and-drop, but I tried it again anyway. No change, except that my settings went back to default. Also there's no sound. (This was present before.) Is there any other files that you need to remove when reinstalling?

nope drag and drop is all for uninstall/install

Easy way to run from terminal is, right click on psclient, in list click Show package contents, open folder contents, open MacOS folder, Double click psclient_static.. away you go.
