guilds and crystals and other things

Hi folks,

recently I\'ve recognized several concerns about the union of our two guilds Mundus Order and The Forsaken Ones. Especially these concernes included the amount of crystals the new guild would own.

As I mentioned in another thread I do not see a direct problem in that since the crystal competition will afaik continue when pick pocketing, combat and so on are available.
Furthermore the more time you invest the more crystals you\'ll find. But some of you are not satisfied with that, i fear...

So I\'m interested in your opinions according all that...

However gonna start hunting again as soon as my provider gets his server probs solved...

I dont mind the crystals anymore... I just want to know when you are going to merge!!! your taking so long, and have given plenty of time for your members to respond. Get rid of your worthless nonresponsive members and get the merge over with.

IS the chrystal thing actualy going to have any impact on the next game release, I thought it was just something to do and to see if the picking up of stuff worked.

Kundalf, i too notice this...in fact, we lost Jorrit to RF, why? i assume to even out the crystal hunt.... this is admirable, but none the less, sad. he would have been an asset to the guild, but because of silly crystals is no longer available. however, i could be wrong in my assumptions, maybe he joined for other reasons?

I didnt know Jorrit used to be in your guild!? It didnt seem that he knew either though....  I think Jorrit joined us becuase we were the type of guild he was looking for, you know, our guild focuses on cartography, exploring, arts, which include all kinds of arts like martial arts, painting, magic. I think Jorrit wanted to join us becuase of those ideals. I could be wrong though. I meant no offence in taking him away from your guild, I apoligize.

here is what happened: Jorrit was in Mundus Order... Munus Order merged with The ForSaken Ones.... we just never were able to transfer him... so in this small period of guildlessness he was intercepted by you in an effort to gain his crystals, more or less. Technically he shouldn\'t have been able to accept, he would have had a guild and the engine wouldn\'t even have let him... In fact, technically he is still a member, however, according to our rules, he is a traitorous one. Another question.... since when is Crystal Hunting one of the arts? For a guild who focuses on the arts, you seem to devote a huge part of your energy to crystal hunting... I know a way to prove this to an extent.... produce a map, show us some evidence that you are doing what you set out to do.... it is my understanding that you can\'t our guild seems to have more cartographers than you. However, I can\'t stop you or Jorrit if you want to subdue to the corruption of these damned crystals.....but please, have the decency to atleast recruit members not in a friendly guild. Of course there is always the possibilty, in fact, likelyhood, that I\'m wrong about atleast one of my observations, if so, by all means, point them out. Also, I have heard several complaints from guild members and individual players alike about unneccasary rudeness and arogance stemming from your recent take over of top position in the crystal hunt, that is NOT appreciated. Devoted, you take this stuff way too seriously...Kinoss cannot create maps, seeing as there is no way to do that as of now...the only thing they can do is collect crystals, which they are doing a good job at apparently

as for your comment Kiern please don\'t talk when you don\'t know what your talking about.  there are 12 people considered members in our guild, they weren\'t accepted because of crystals but on the basis of what they could offer.  most of the people in our guild don\'t have that many crystals. like me, grand total of 41.

P.S there are ways to make maps, just because an ingame tool isn\'t implemented doesn\'t mean you cant make a map

I did NOT invite him to join my guild becuase i wanted his crystals! here is what happend: as usual I ask all ppl in planeshift \"anyone here a cartographer, explorer, or artist?\" Jorrit then responded with something like he was a good explorer i am not quite certain though. I then asked him if he WANTED to join my guild. He accepted, I did NOT force him to join! Me and Jorrit are good friends, I only let good friends join my guild! NOT becuase of crystals BUT becuase we were friends!

I am not an artist. But i will try my best if you really wish to bring your own downfall.

yes, i admit that i am rude to noobs. But it obviously has nothing to do with the crystal hunt because I am very friendly to all crystal hunt enthusiasts. Give me evidence that I have been rude to someone becuase of the crystal hunt. I can hardly believe my members have complaints about me! I am the most kind to them I and like them all!

I am sorry to say that this defence of myself will probably outrage you, and our friendship will be broken... this I wish would have never happend. I do not wish our friendship broken. To show you that my word is true I will remove Jorrit from my guild, but you have lost my respect, I am sorry this ever had to happen. Deeply sorry.

Ok, seems we need some clarification here.

First of all:\' THIS IS ONLY A GAME\' :-)

Secondly: MB even is not the game the future will be. i.e. crystal hunting is NOT what PS will be about in the future (at least I hope :-)

Thirdly: I joined RF simply because it appeared as if FO had lost interest in me. After the merger with Mundus Order I got apparently no activity at all from the FO with regarding to attempting to move me over. So then I got an invite from RF and I accepted. I don\'t like to put down people so anyone who invited me then would probably have gotten me :-)

I must admit that at this moment I don\'t take this guild business too serious. So I even didn\'t look at what your guild does (and I never looked at what Mundus Order and/or FO do). The game is not in a stage yet where guilds really matter (in my opinion at least).

When PS gets in such a stage I might go looking for a guild which fits me in the REAL game.

*sigh* I didnt say your members complained... I said guild members complained.... mine and others. Also, you need not remove Jorrit from the guild... I simple let rumors get ahold of me.... I was told many unsavory things about you recently. Also, Kiern, numbers? WHAT!? we have very little members. Also, when I said traitorous, I meant that according to our rules, if one joins another guild while he is in our guild he is deemed tratorous.... and technically he was a member of our guild.... so in accordance with our system, he is a traitor, i was not suggesting that he personally is traitorous. All this was, was a mass misunderstanding.... I actually have half a mind to drop all of our crystals. and the rudeness i referred to, i heard from...someone.... that you were boasting rather rudely about your victory. and i have no issue with our friendship, i only misunderstood your motives....anyways, i am extremely tired.... i bid you all good night
