Planeshift wont work :(

Hey  .
Im new to planeshift and I started a game and stuff and did the tutorial training thing.
But once finished the tut and was loading into the world, it um didnt work, I have a pic of what happened

Go into your PlaneShift Setup application and enable the "Preload Models" option.

EDIT:  Hrm I guess that wouldn't work if you were able to get into the tutorial.  But make sure it's enabled anyways just in case.

Um I went into the setup and preload models was already cheaked but I unchecked it the rechecked it and I got into the world for about five seconds then it jammed and this came up

Ooo, that kinda looks important.  I don't know what you've been doing with your machine, dbghelp.dll should be in either your windows\ or your windows\system32\ directory as it sort-of comes with your operating system.  See http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms679294.aspx.

This guy isn't using Vista; thus I'm not too sure if Kaerli's solution will work.

I think it's safe to assume he's using XP due to the digital vomit theme he's using for window decorations.

run vista with xp drivers or setup it up to use an xp theme and it looks near identical
