Socius, I do not think that is the same :). The downloading thing means that there is no legal action possible, since the law does not prohibit it. I think Atomic Blue could have the legal right to prevent you from using the art for which it has copyright. I would be surprised if they would mind though :) Like you, I guess the key thing is that you do not make a profit from it.

I'm not donating personal items so that you can make voodoo dolls out of my plushies... Anybody who's played Secret of Monkey Island II knows that just having a figurine of the person isn't enough...

nothing wrong with the server.  its uptime is near 99%.

its just the software running on it that causes the unstable-ness, mainly the code to the game.  :P  but that is vastly improved over, say what it was 2 years ago.  :)
