The following is the lyric I wrote (blame boredom, and the ever present need to do stupid stuff instead of studying for it) for the Nerd Metal band "Blue Screen of Death." It's called "Garron and the Blue Screen of Death." You can buy the album, just PM me, the drummer, Socius, the guitarist, or Suno, vocals and bass.
As I was walking through the plains
I saw some orcs appear.
I grabbed my axe, under the rain,
And held steadfast, no fear.
They came at me, reddish eyes,
With wrath upon their faces,
Screaming satanic war cries
Promising disgraces.
Chorus:
Heroes fight, without wrath,
Conquering fear, conquering death.
But, beware, there is one hue,
That can curse harder than liches do.
So I spun upon my heels,
Delivering certain death
As my swords, made of steel,
Swung forth and back.
They all fell cold, and green,
Now resembling putrid grass.
I loot their bodies, keen
On advancing through my quest.
Chorus
It's been two hours since I began,
Fortune never smiled this wide.
I did feats that no one can,
Not without my major might.
Now only minutes stand between
This Hero here and the dragon.
I am certain that I can win,
Or my name isn't Garron.
Chorus
Guitar Solo
The fight is long and fierce,
But I got it on its knees.
A final blow, one pierce
To die is all it needs.
But something blue emerges,
Out from the pits of Death!
With white, unholy sentences
What? Where am I at?
Chorus
"A fatal exception has occurred"
The gods tell me dryly,
"Press any key to continue!"
But strength has left my body.
I came so far, to die so lame,
This is not happening to me!
I'll never again touch this game,
It's just not meant to be.
Chorusx2
Guitar Solo Fading
Yes, yes. I know. I should sleep earlier.
