alot like morrowind also have a question

I based me charecter off of my morrowind charecter is that allowed also this game reminds me alot of morrowind and do rats even wolk around or do they just sit ther waiting for death

As long as your character does not defy any (unwritten)roleplaying rules and/or naming rules, you should be fine.
Rats do walk around when they encounter a foe, given that the NPCClient is online.
It's not smart to use your e-mail adress as your username. It produces Spam, and not the ham kind.

Rats and other creatures are controlled by something called the "NPC Client".  It's a special client that connects to the server that controls all of their behaviour.   We are having a few issues sometimes with this client so it falls to control NPCS.  We are working on improving that.

To elaborate on what ThomPhoenix said, Morrowind does not exist in the Planeshift world so any reference to it in the game would not be welcomed. You could possibly role play that events you experienced in that game were part of your character's back story but there are no vampires, the gods here are different, there are no demon lords trying to break through to conquer the realm  so you are pretty much left with generic quest stories that could be translated into Planeshift terms. Also the races in the game here are the ones that are known and not any from the Elder Scrolls.
