Hey everyone! For those of you who were not on last night, Materis got his cousin Korenis to bring his laptop to the hospital. He was actually in game for a little bit!  hehehehe  He is doing much better, though still weak and tires very quickly. He says keep the good thoughts and well wishes coming....to all who know who we are and what is going on and how Shambla and I work on healing others...what you believe and what you are doing for him IS working. He has already come back from the brink of death 3 times now and is healing faster than the drs ever thought he could. Keep it up folks! Thank you all my friends and even if I dont know you on a personal level outside game, my life wouldnt be the same without all of you. Be safe everyone and should you need help in game, OR real life, please feel free to ask me or Shambla...we would be happy to assist you. :D Oh! and before I forget...please pass that song along to those you care about. You don't have to be religious to have faith in the healing powers of the human mind and the love and caring of friends and family. I myself am not religious but spiritual. If you want to know more about what I do to heal people feel free to ask. Hope to see you all in game soon and have fun!

I am glad Materis is better. I hope he has a full recovery because a sponge bath by a pretty nurse is nice but nothing compares to getting back to real life. Hospitals are the worst places IMO. Continue to update us please.

Yeah sitting where you are NOW you think its a great thing..but not when your sore and all beat up, bedsides unlike in the movies we can't do anything more than bathe you :P and stay professional.
I am sorry I missed him in game, and it says how addicted we all are to have someone bring PS to us in the hospital :D Glad to hear he's doing better and hope he's continuing to recover well.

Thanks guys. :) and yes he is still beat up...keep in mind many broken bones and fluid in the lungs and a titanium femur....not a fun thing...but hey we can call him *Titanium Boy* now....or *Metalbone*  haha
He's in good spirits despite his injuries and YES...he DOES have a cute nurse....shes got long red hair and her name is Lisa...but its not me!  LOL Shambla and I call her *Lisa2* cus I'm Lisa as well and also have long red hair. ROFL Anyway im back to game now just checking in and updating. Hes still really sore and weak but getting better all the time...Shambla and I don't think hes gonna have any further problems, so now it's just a matter of resting and healing. See y'all in game guys! *waves*

I don't know how to tell you all this, but Materis passed away at 11.28 this morning central standard time. It turns out the broken ribs tore a 4 inch long hole in his aorta and he bled out instantly and there was nothing anyone could do. He did however write a will to all of his Planeshift friends. He said thank you all for being there for him when he needed you and he did read the posts and he cried when he read them. He loves all of you and wants you all to work together to make this the best community ever in any game. I will keep you all posted about the family. He was in game last night and many messaged him and he felt the love and caring and was honored to have you all as friends. Korenis is taking it really hard so if you see him let him know you care. I love you all and thank you for helping us through this impossibly difficult time. This comes as a horrible shock to Shambla and myself as we honestly felt he was out of danger. Korenis will be on to execute Materi's Planeshift will. Materis wanted certain people to have his things from game and his character will remain in game as part of Korenis's game family, so don't be surprised if you see him at the Ojaveda gold mine. Love and hugs to all and please take care of yourselves...and each other.
P.S. If you see Siobhonne hug her...(she is Materi's game wife and is pregnant with his boy/girl twins.)

I am not really sure what to say other than I am sorry to those of you who knew him. I really hoped he could pull through and hearing he was in game gave me hope. May god rest his soul and watch over his family in this time of mourning. In the end all that mattered to him was the support of his friends and family, and that they were there for him. I am glad for him this was the case. I am also grateful we could give him something to smile about. He sounds like he was a kind soul.

Take care of those you love and let them know how much you love them because you never know when their time is up. I myself have had this experience all to often in the past year. If anyone in the community just needs an ear to listen or a shoulder to cry on I will be happy to offer my ear or shoulder. God bless.

I've been outside, it's overrated and the graphics suck!

Zorbels is right never let a day go by without telling the ones you love you love them. We never know what can happen. The pain of loosing a child. How terrible!!

That's so sad... I never met him, but that's just so terrible, especially after it seemed he was doing better :'(

Have you told a Daylo 'I hate you' yet today? Do it. You'll get teleported to another area!
