For OS 10.5.x:
1. Go to the Apple Menu, and then "About This Mac" (note: you can find out what version of OS X you have from here)
2. Click "More Info..."
3. Under the "Hardware" tab, click "Graphics/Displays"
4. Your graphics card's name will be listed at the top. Also tell us the amount of VRAM listed.

1. Will look kind of like this.
2-4 will look like this.
Note the circled graphics card name at the top of the second picture.

For 10.4 or 10.3 the process is similar, though the tabs might be arranged slightly differently.

Ouch, sorry but that is most likely your problem. [ VRAM (Total): 8 mb ]

Minimum Requirements:
Windows (2000, XP or Vista), Mac OS X 10.4, Linux (2.6 kernel, glibc 2.3.2), FreeBSD or Solaris
GeForce 2 or higher 3D graphics card (64MB of video memory at least)
1 Ghz CPU
512 MB RAM
1 GB free disk space
56k modem Internet connection
Run your permissions at least once a week. You will be amazed what it can solve.
