Hello folks,

the server is crashing in a 5 to 10 minutes routine. it's not playable.
And now it's the best time to play for european ps'ler.

The server is at the moment very often crashing.

In the timezone GTM +1 it's every evening about 10 PM (22:00), and now about 04:50 PM (16:50) to 05:20 PM (17:20). and at 02:00 PM (14:00).

What's happen? And I know it's a technical pre alpha version. But client != server.

Wiping all that character and quest data seems to cause a lot of crashes... *cough* ...just kidding!

of course, but why suddenly the server crashes "today" so often?
the crash/reboot every day is understandable.

Code changes might be being implemented, data tables could be being updated, hard drive failure could be imminent, sunspots could be affecting the way electrons are flowing on the microprocessor. There are more possibilities than it is worth listing or talking about. When Talad or Venge or someone with access comes back on, they will see it happening and address it. Until then, patience...

no kidding ive been trying to get on PS since 5 central time and its about 8 central time now!thats 3 hrs that it has been down idk

The deal is that it's offline (the machine) and nobody is able to do anything about it right now. Worst case the machine has blown up. Best case is that it'll be up again and working perfectly fairly soon. The real case is probably somewhere in between :)

My guess is the server a.k.a machine is mad at all you players because you keep making thank you Dev threads and no one ever thanks the machine. Poor server.
