Uhh...water IS good for you...
and no Juice is not always good for you either, too much sugar. only if you drink 100% juice and even then fruit has lots of sugars.
Water is the best for you, it helps keep you healthy and your body is made up of like 60-70% water, and your cells are made of 60% water, you so need to take in lots of water to stay healthy

so don't say its not good for you, any health care provider will disagree with you there
