Problems loading world on Kubuntu Gutsy Gibbon

Hey...

after update: When i log in to planeshift, in the choose character window... i can only see the beard of my char, the rest is black around it. when i choose to enter Yliakum, on loading page when loading GUI, the loading page will got stuck on the screen, and the only thing thats loaded are the chat, the menubar and the health and mana stuff.. on the background i see the loading page. I can move and all stuff but i can t see anything what can i do about this?

as no dev has added those to the proper xml so we get that error, if it does not keep you from running the client there is no rush in trying to get it fixed

well it could cause issues, best to do it in a seperate so you know there are no conflicting files, and since there are issues with the linux client i would suggest you wait till the update is out and see if that helps.

I've got exactly the same issue on Gutsy Gibbon (Gnome).
I first installed in the same folder as before (I did uninstall first) and then I did a clean install in an other folder and still the same problem.

Same here... installed from scratch (for the first time) and character beard is all I see.

if you open up vfs.cfg and look for the shaders mount what do you see?
you should see

and have a folder in art with the name shaders if not make sure you run the updater
