Government in training

I spotted last night that when I go to purchase government training, a bug causes a quit out of the game. Has anyone else come across this?

Hey I get that problem too.  When I go to a trainer and click on a faction and then buy skill, psclient crashes on me!  I don't think factions are supposed to appear as an option for training, let alone be trained in the first place.
