limited book saving and loading

Is it possible to make it so that you can't save books written by other people to be loaded again? It is easy enough now to where one person could make all the copies, but if anyone can save and load any book it really easy to "forge" works. At least they should have to work to make a forgery.

That's easy to exploit now indeed.
One posible solution is to place the save button in the edit menu since only the owner can edit the book.

But then I like how I can save books in a .txt now. That option would take this away.
