Hello

I have downloaded PS 0.4 this day, and discover that the game was behaving strange in graphics

I have a 8600GT, and WHQL 169.21. What is the driver recommended for my graphic card and PS?

We dont bump threads here and kary gave you some links to try as you have an 8600GT I suggest you try the Nvidia one
