maybe your games are... somehow broken, try and run the update with CheckIntegrity at the end.
either add CheckIntegrity to the end of your updater shortcut like this "C:\Program\PlaneShift Steel Blue\psupdater.exe" CheckIntegrity or run the command console also known as cmd,
then go to c:\Program Files\PlaneShift Steel Blue OR c:\Program\PlaneShift Steel Blue and type in psupdater CheckIntegrity,
if it finds any problems it will download the correct files but proberly ask you if you want to update them first.
