items are not displaying correctly for me. It's some sort of a graphics glitch. This is what they look like

I have the same problem- my items are white boxes too.

Try this. Probably the same cause: http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=32084.0

You can also try to add this to psclient.cfg:

Video.OpenGL.UseExtension.GL_EXT_texture_rectangle = false
Video.OpenGL.UseExtension.GL_ARB_texture_rectangle = false
Video.OpenGL.UseExtension.GL_NV_texture_rectangle = false
