Have it resend your verification email.  I've confirmed that the mail service is up and running, which means that the problem is somewhere on your end.

Try editing your posts and not double or triple posting.

It generally should take minutes. Keep checking your spam/junk mail folder just in case. If it doesn't arrive in an hour, I'd suggest using another email address - really shouldn't have to, but it may be a quick solution in case something is being finicky.

I just sent a verification email to myself using the Resend Verification E-Mail tool, and it arrived instantaneously, so it is working.

Try another email address. (You can sign up for a free gmail one in seconds.) The address you use acts only as a username, and for password recovery. So you don't have to remember to check it for anything else.
