Getting to Hydlaa
« on: April 08, 2008, 11:44:45 pm »
Hello everyone, I'm new here and am currently trying to find a friend. We're both complete newbs to this game so we don't know much at all. I'm playing as an Enkidukai and he's playing as one of the dwarvern races and we'd like to meet up, only the problem is that I spawn in some desert twon called Ojaveda and he's in Hydlaa. I was wondering what the quickest way from Ojaveda to Hydlaa is, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The quickest way from Hydlaa to Ojaveda is a straight line. Really, there is only one path right now. Just exit Ojaveda and follow the roads, don't wander off into the wild on the sides. If you have troubles or worries, ask someone in Ojaveda if they can guide you! You might make new friends this way and explore the world.

Good luck! :)

Ok, thanks a lot, I did try this but somehow managed to make a huge detour all the way back to Ojaveda, lol. I'll try it again and hopefully won't mess up

Also you can try to ask around IC for help,or for a guide. Just be careful you who ask and are caught alone with in the middle of nowhere...  :whistling:

An important tip to find the way from Ojaveda to Hydlaa is to keep right.

That might be the reason I always get lost.

The paths are the sandy looking areas between the hills.

Yes..but they go the whole way :P they disappear I swear!

Don't worry no one expects you know how to get around for a while, half the fun is getting lost and exploring.

But I always die when I go out in the wilds alone.

Yeah, wasn't too hard when I worked out where I kept going wrong, now if only Hydlaa would load...  X-/
