Server up or down indicator on home page
« on: April 12, 2008, 04:42:00 am »
Why can't the home page of the website have some kind of signal embedded it that indicates whether the server is "up" or "down?"

If you try to log in with the application and the server is down it will tell you that.
I don't see why you'd come here to see if you can log in.

Because it would help form the standpoint of determining if it's problem with our machine(s) or the server itself.
