bug for a quest

hello everyone
im sorry for my english ; I am French and my English is limited
about the search “save the family " when I give the [removed]to removed] it refuses.
however I have the 5. i began  by that of [removed] but [removed] refuses. I have test i say  “about [removed]” it  has say  if I wanted to pay; I have say “yes” but it answers that it does not include/understand.
 what must I make.

If you have checked the forums you should have noticed this thread Quest Updates.

If you started the quest prior to the updated version going in (which was this last Sunday) than you will need to get assistance to get it back on track again from a GM or myself. To do this you can file a petition in game or find one of us on IRC. You can also e-mail me as you do not have enough posts yet to PM (minimum 10).

If you started this quest post the update (after this last Sunday) than you will still need to get assistance from a GM to figure out where exactly you are having issues, and I suggest you do so by filing a petition in game or finding me on IRC as you will need to be in game for the problem to be looked at.
