I was playing the game all of a sudden the game crashed. Nothing new it's happened before. Except that this time I can't back in. When I try to log back in I get a message "No account found with that name"

I tried going on http://laanx.fragnetics.com/register and changed my password. That worked fine, but I still can't get in the game.

Any suggestions?

It is also possible that you'd accidentally clicked on the wrong server.

Look to the right of the login space and you'll see the two servers listed. If you are only registered with one (probably typical?), then clicking on the wrong one will give you that "no account" error. Try clicking on the other one.

As you bumped a thread from over a year ago, at the original time of OP, there was only one server to choose from, so the advice as valid for the time it was posted.
