Oh, it's the same all right, don't be fooled.  Also I suppose there are a lot of guilds that don't advertise on the guild forums.  My guild is one of them.

It has been more than 6 months since the last guildhouse auction, any news when the remaining houses are going to be auctioned?
Many new and ofcourse homeless guilds have been founded during the period, I bet they'll appreciate an auction!

Some issues with NPC residences need to be resolved first.  As soon as we get clearance from Settings we'll post a new thread announcing the next auction.
