Even though from Rizin's post I understand people are looking at this, it would still be a good idea to make a bug report about it, so the test team can also try to find out what is causing this. Could you please go here and make a new report? The information you gave above may be very useful, so copy-paste it there please.

Yes, the bug tracker is a different system so requires you to register again. No idea why that did not work though. Did you check your junk mail folder?

Can we use our pets now? The message when the game starts still says not to, but I think the issue has been resolved, no?

if you dont crash the server anymore, i think the motd is obsolete

Works fine for me. I was able to summon a pet and get it to follow me around for a bit without anything bad happening.
