It would help if we knew your operating system and stuff like that.

Well, knowing absolutely nothing about your computer, like what operating system you use, sure doesn't help.

Details, details, details! Please.

- CPU (intel / AMD / any other crap; speed in GHz)
- GPU (Nvidia / ATI / any other crap; exact chipset model = number and some letters, like GeForce 6800 GTS / Radeon 3650 HD)
- The exact version number of the used graphic driver, and if you still rely on the (possibly crippled) existing ones, or if you ever installed some from the graphic card manufacturer at all

As Rappelz appears to be a Windows game, you possibly play under Windows; so your screenshots would be in

C:\Documents and Settings\<your PC login account>\Application Data\PlaneShift\screenshots\

where "Application Data" is a hidden folder, unfortunately. So first set up your Windows Explorer to display hidden files.

The minimum requirements of Rappelz meet the requirements for PlaneShift. So I could imagine that you may have messed some options in the PlaneShift Setup tool, like you might have scaled down the texture quality to e.g. 1/X of the size, which would result in blurry textures.

Processor and graphic card are important. Not the harddisk.

For the drivers:

Right-click on an empty space on the desktop, and click on the bottom entry in the appearing popup menu: "Properties", chose the "Settings" tab on top, and click the "Advanced" button. In the next dialog, the tab "Graphic card" will tell you details. There you can also click on the "Properties" button, and in the appearing next dialog, chose the "Driver" tab for version details.

If you don't even know your PC, and can't even answer basic questions about it, and are not even able to find anyone who is able to answer for you... As there is a minimum requirement for technology, there is also a minimum requirement for cooperation with those who try to help you.

You're not using Windoze XP, you're using Windoze Vista.

For your graphics card, in that same window, click on Device Manager; your card is listed under Display adapters.

It also helps to know what brand your processor is.
