im on and im talking to that first lady and shes answering me and then i talk to tohers like the dwarf lady and i say "hi and she says something like "so i guess you wonna learn blacksmithing" or something and she doesnt answer me?

Don't forget that to talk to NPCs you need to target them with your mouse (or enter the command /target npc) and use the NPC tab. Otherwise they won't hear you. Check this link if you get stuck too.

Is that the tutorial quest?
cause i think in the tutorial u have to say "I need the blacksmithing book" or something else with "need"
