Quest Timeout Question

I think I've run into a quest timeout.  Someone asked me to get him some carrot juice, and I did.  He won't accept it.  I think this is because he asked me two months ago.  I.e., the quest has timed out.  Can anyone tell me if this is the likely reason?  The quest is one that can only be done once, and therefore cannot be discarded.  It makes no sense to me that it times out, given this.  (BTW, the two month delay was simply because I was travelling and had no access to PS for two months.)  Is there anything I can do to complete this quest?

I doubt it in this case, your npc likely still needs carrot juice, you just need to help him remember he needs it (look through logs try to re trigger him) if this does not work use the gm phone.

I believe the quest you are speaking of falls into that category, if so, follow the steps listed there.

Thanks-- that fixed it.  It turns out that the bit of the quest that I had done had been changed.  Doing it again the new way fixed the problem and I was able to complete the quest.
