Installation on Mac issue

I have downloaded the Mac OS installation and opened the package and ran the installbuilder, this is where the problem starts:

I get the following terminal error:

/Users/Kevin/Desktop/PlaneShift-v0.4.00-OSX/PlaneShift-v0.4.00.app/Contents/MacOS/installbuilder: cannot execute binary file
logout

I really have no idea what I am doing or if I am even attempting in the installation correctly.  I have looked around on the site and on the forum but I cannot find any step by step instructions on how to install the game.

I am running Mac OSX 10.5.3

Is there somewhere you can point me to locate how to actually perform the installation properly.

Are you logged in as an administrator?

yes, full administrator rights

I extracted the zip file's contents to the desktop, opened the .app, opened the contents folder, opened the mac os folder and ran the installbuilder and that is the error I got.

Did I do this right?

I cannot find any instructions on how to install this game.

Have you looked here?

Just double-click the .app. Don't open the contents folder.

Thanks ... got it working ... my unzipped app was corrupt.
