Friends Lists

If there isn't already a way of doing so, it'd be nice if we could copy our friends lists from one character to another. It isn't really fun to have to readd all of my friends when I decide to make a new character. Ignore lists are copied, though.

I think the idea here is that a new character is a whole new person so friends they have might be different from the one's your other character had. the reason your ignore list is carried over is because if the harrasser finds out the new character, they could just annoy you there. although I agree, it would be nice sometimes if you have to talk to them OOCly and buddy list is much easier than /who

That's true, but aren't both lists OOC anyway? If the only reason they aren't copied over is for IC reasons, it seems a little...annoying.

the buddy list is stored on the server and the ignore list is stored on your harddrive that is the difference. has nothing to do with ic or ooc reasons.

Hm, so then my wish would be for the buddy list to be stored on the harddrive as well. It might be less strain on the server, actually...but then again, I don't know anything.
