It could be an NPC that speaks l33t, he could be off in a corner by himself, the other NPCs could speak of him with pity, and you could have to use l33t to finish a simple, extra-credit quest with him. He would have to use some iteration of the "all your xxx belong to us". Best way to teach is by example, what not to be. It might be fun enough that people would remember it. Short and sweet, though.

1. Apply the use of brackets on the Tutorial's NPCs consequently - to have them trying to explain the difference, while using brackets correctly can only be a benefit.

2. Add a rude chara to it. That way newbies would be introduced to the difference between IC and OOC behaviour right from the start. And in the end it could provide the chance to have meant to be thuggish and rowdily NPCs indeed and authentically appearing like that.

1. NPC's in the tutorial will not use brackets in conversations.

2. Rude character....will be taken into consideration.
