Ok, the best minds in IRC could not figure out the riddle, so I had to give the answer. It is a journey. Next person's turn.

Edit: I was informed it is still my turn. Here goes.

Time traverses and time begins. On my face you can see its passage, though never it marks me with age. Where can you find me?

Wrong answers: Deathrealm, Plaza, Bdroad at the stone face, the pooled cave

Khado answered " 5th level, the water" which was close, but wrong.

The wall of the -Sixth- level. mainsite, Measuring Time: The level of the lake, which rises and falls in an extremely consistent manner, measures hours. A wide band of the metal Orichalc was put on a section of the sixth wall and was used not only because it is the only metal that doesn't deteriorate whatsoever...

New riddle:
