Bug in installation

When i go to http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=32812.0 Xordan says "The updater will consider itself disabled unless you open the updaterinfo.xml file and change the top line to be "true" instead of "false"." I dont see the top line with a "false" on it.Where is that "false" that im supposed to change to "true"? Sorry about all this, just nothing seems to be working out.

you don't have to change anything if you download that file, just replace the old one.
