HUD flickers

Somtimes when I walk around the menu dissapears for
1/2 to 1 second.

My System:

Athlon XP 1800+
512 MB DDRam
Guillemot 3D Prophet 2 MX (Geforce 2 MX)
Windows XP Professional

might be do to the lag, internet connection, or your video driver/ operating system
