The hamburger is actually a German invention, originally called hamburger steak. After the recipe arrived in the US through German immigrants, the Americans just flattened it a bit more and put it between bread and called it their invention. Also, soft drinks were invented by the Arabs and the British.
But, you do have dibbs on turkeys, as that animal is native to your continent. However, the first people to arrive in the Americas were the vikings and they may have eaten some turkeys, so even this can be debated

(Then again, the natives were even firster)
