NPC problem when fighting

so yea a pretty big dampper on the game is the fact that i havent gotten into a single fight in the last 2 days because of what im guessing is a bug

the NPC's that you normaly CAN attack are no longer letting you do that

im sure im not the only one with this issue

please give me any info on the progress being made to fix it if there is any at all

What do you mean "no longer letting you"? if the npcclient is down that will be fixed when a dev can. otherwise there are several issues surrounding targeting and being able to do certain things, because you are too far away.
