dwarf's bug

Too many bugs on my dwarf. See bug 1834.
4.0.1 is not playable for him.
Don't know if bugs will be corrected soon.
i 've tried to re-install unsuccessfully..
Is it possible to transfer knowledge on an kran alt to be able to play, or do i need to wait for 4.0.2?

Sorry for Dev, but i can't test the good things of 4.0.1.

I also have this same issues, Dwarf as well. I cant get within range to do anything with most npcs. Skilling is next to impossible. I have also noticed that checking your /pos even while stationary shows that you are bouncing all over the world. The most bizzare effect that I have been able to achieve is to trade with someone who is far away from my current location. I was in the library in Hydlaa and he was at the gug plat mine. I have also heard a couple others made successful trades as well from greater distances.


Other then that, the game is pretty much completely un playable for dwarfs.

This bug is reported in the bug tracker (here). It seems all dwarves have problems as the server gets their position mixed up, resulting in others showing up as ghosts, and you getting errors that you are not close enough to things.

the game is messed and i avise u nto to play it until the admins are sure they have the bugs fixed becuase im not gonna waste my time on a game that dosnt work

Games that are in heavy developement due require people to have patience, yes, I do see your well thought out point you made there.

Regardless if you cant play with a dwarf, there are several other races you can still play with, alts if you have any for instance. If you dont want to waste your time thats your choice, advising others not to do it is just plain wrong.

After training your dwarf during many months, you have to pluck up courage to re-start all the way with an alt.
Adding the fact that dwarf can't give collected items to the alt, you can measure the effort to do.

I don' know how many dwarves are touched by the bug, but i think many players feel unfair to be so disabled

You Devs state that it would be unfair to Dwarves role play and other chars if you substituted another char body for Dwarves.  How does that stretch for a rational make any sense at ALL to ANYONE?!?  Many other races use the same avatar because their race avatar has not been built yet and it has been that wasy for "YEARS"!!!  Additionally, some races have been androgenous because you DEVs had not (have not) implemented all the genders for all the races.

What is REALLY UNFAIR is to have the DWARVEN race discrimenated against by you DEVs.  We cannot even RP because we cannot even TALK in MAIN nor interact with the Yliakum world.... All local interaction is voided since everthing that looks to be near is actually in another realm/sector!!!!!!!  We are limited ot SHOUTING, AUCTIONING, TELLS, and GUILDCHAT.

IS THAT WHAT YOU REALLY WANT US TO DO?  WALK AROUND SHOUTING AND AUTIONING TO BE HEARD!?!?!?!?!?

No reason to get your panties in a wad. 

Take a chill pill, and wait patiently for the fixes.
