In fact, it would hardly happen at all then, as we lack a bit of active members.

And the developers are to "blame", of course -- as we "lost" a few of our members to them.

[ooc note about the CHEST quest]
The player behind the thief, is aware that he is to give clues in their RP and to 'drop' clues near others involved in it to spice up the RP... and any wishing to aid them are welcome, as are those wishing to Aid the Crown  heheh.

Lolitra has saught the help of the Empire, speaking with Captain Klarm [Hwnae] and also to the Keeper of the Hammer for the Way of the Hammer.

A young Girl Tiffile has also interviewed her about his - though some of the questions were rather odd.. [heheheh yeay for gossip]

THE CHEST - UPDATE

So far, After the theft of the chest;

No one has been able to obtain a description of the Strange Dermorian. 

It is said that he has been seen speaking with folk in the Tavern - Kada El's.

The Child who had her tongue cut out, and whom was the sole survivor of the brutal raid has died, but not before she did a drawing of her assailant.  The poor girl hung herself - why? no one knows for sure, it is believed she was just too truamatised.

The sketch definately is of a Dermorian, and it is quite well drawn for a child - could even identify him!

Izzabella must have talked about "what if" - what she'd do with the chest if she had it. But I believe that she was just dreaming about it, and she shall better not wish to have it -- she knows how helpless one can be, frozen by a powerful warding spell...

A few members of the Felines Lair are investigating secretly. There is some mistrust about a younger member of them, possibly lying about his relations in this case (names are kept from the public to protect the success)...

The image shows a Dermorian with a long sword, wild hair, possibly scars on his arm, and something interesting about his chest -- like a cross-bound armor. He looks somehow familiar...

THE CHEST - Conclusion (or not?)

Ever since Queen Lolitra Purrty reported a chest with valuable content stolen, the Dark Empire has used their assets to look out for the thief. The Imperial Guard, led by Warlord Klarm, gathered evidence and investigated the theft of the Chest of Purrty in between their usual tasks. Slowly but surely they puzzled the bits and pieces of information together until they got on the trail of the potential thief, a dermorian that uses the name Surahk.

Because it wasn't certain that this Surahk really was the thief and they still had no verification of the chest itself, the Imperial Guard decided to dig out his history and observe their suspect before striking. Of course first they still had to find Surahk's usual hangout. By some fortunate coincidence, the girlfriend of the Dermorian, Maekada, signed up as an Imperial Guard recruit. The moment she found out about her boyfriend potentially being a wanted criminal, she did her lawful duty and brought us onto Surahk's trail.

After a few tense hours and undercover work, Surahk finally slipped up and revealed the stolen chest, which he was carrying with him. Garile Greenmoon of the Dark Empire managed to snatch the chest from the thief's hands and signal the waiting Guards to strike. Seconds after Garile's signal Imperial Guards Hwnae Klarm and Suno drew their weapons and cornered the surprised thief, while Garile backed up with the Royal House of Purrty's property. After a wild assault Surahk was disarmed effectively and thrown on the ground. Clearly outnumbered and outclassed the Dermorian stood little chance of winning but strangely enough he decided to fight instead of run. That was also the last decision Surahk made. He did not survive the attempted arrest and foolishly sacrificed his life infront of his former girlfriend's eyes.

The Warlord went to clear the matter with Captain Jefecra Hacrit of the Hydlaa Guard, while his men cleaned up the mess. After a firm lecture of Jefecra and potential fines the Warlord and his men escorted the chest back to the Royal House of Purrty and a grateful Queen Lolitra.


(I'm not certain if this is the end or the story will continue, that I leave up to Lolitra .. but Hochi aka: Surahk has finally been caught and killed and the chest is back into Printhian hands.)

Lolitra had just returned from her time in PRINTH when she was set upon an Iron masked person, she was only able to tear a small piece of he garb off of his body after a nasty dagger was plunged into the small of her back.  She still recovers in her Hydlaa residence.

Lord Harmond visited the house and with Solita ensured that the Royal Chest was moved down to the Cellars. This seemed to release Lolitra from the possessive spell she was under.

Ileresa and Yadili saw the girl they think called Mimmi.... She was terrified of them, as they of her, in fact it was hard to say who was more scared, but then Mimmi donned the mask and seemed possessed and almost attacked the two.

Rinenud found them, soon after that Elexis came across them in her daily chores, and the two girls were invited to stay at The Royal House. Arerano Joined them.

Elexis let slip a deep secret about Lolitra to them!

Ixala, otherise known as Mimmi made attacks whilst wearing the mask on Irunor, going for his money pouch.

Elexis accidently woke Ileresa and Yadili who were staying at the Royal House, by knocking over a bust which smashed... well actually it was Cutsietoo who caused that. This lead to Yadili running out of the house and a great search ensued. Luckily they found her and she agreed to attend the house for safety again.

Ixala, joined the Rangers, and fell for Taviro. Farren managed to take the mask off of her which released her from its strange control.

Farren left her with Taviro, Ixala told a story of how she came across the mask to Taviro...

OOC UPDATE -

The Royal House had had a letter delivered claiming a further plot on the Queen's life.  IC this is not yet known if it is connected to the recent attempt on her life - OOC'ly we know it not to be, but another's RP which is run by other players.

Queen Purrty is arranging a ceremony of promotions for members in her House.  She is still weakened by the last attack and awaits crutial surgery - A stage in the RP we are working on presently.   There is also talk of the great ceremony of offering to Talad which is hoped to be followed by a Ball.

Additional OOC information:

A new surgeon was found - it appeared that the Klyros named Lesiros Forita was under a kind of confusion curse, due to an accident while trying to help an injured mage; the Mirror of Truth helped releasing it. He will have to prove that he did not lose his abilities. Then - together with a healer - we can start removing what was left inside the royal body...

The mask is currently in the care of Farren Kutter, The Ranger of Yliakum...  some person called Roboki tried to cleanse the mask, but due to not knowing its origins or roots to how the curse was made, his efforts only managed to set it into a dormant state... for how long no one knows - yet.  Farren was wise enough not to let it out of his sight.

Ixala is in a state of panic, as she is being tormented by the mask's withdrawal symptoms, and it's original owner is blackmailing and threatening her to get it back amongst other tasks...

The surgeon - Lesiros is to under go tests to see if his skills are still there..
