Although, I guess that's more evolving than development. In terms of becoming a 'rounded' character, proposing to the bride of a wedding did show some of his character.

I've been busy every day this week, so it's taken much, much longer than it should've. This arc shows Vobika's entire life, from kra's creation to the start of the first arc. The point of these backstories are to give a basic idea of the character's motivations and feelings. This one will tell you what you need to know about Vobika, who, up until now, didn't seem that complicated.
