Help in quest: Ring of Familiar

I have a problem in this quest (Ring of Familiar).

The problem is that, I accepted the quest some time ago and now I don't know what do I need for complete it. I tried to discard it, but it says "You can't discard this quest, since it can be done just once!"

Anyone can tell what do I need, if its necesary for not doing spoiler, send me a private message.

  There is another problem..., I have formatted the computer after giving the quest, so I don't have the logs

When you are stuck in the middle of a quest, you can team up with someone who also does the quest along with you.

You can also file a petition - possibly you get a hint from a gm. Not sure if pm-ing Rizin is correct here; I personally wouldn't do that to not bury her in work.
